The WP Bilstein suspension upgrade has been developed as the ultimate handling package, reducing your vehicles ride height and giving it a more aggressive stance, whilst still maintaining a sporty yet comfortable ride quality.

This suspension system works in conjunction with ABS and ESC electronic systems.

Upgrade consists of :

• 4 x WP lowered springs
• 1 x Bilstein Front Suspension kit
• 1 x Bilstein Rear Suspension kit
• 1 x Four wheel alignment
• 1 x Installation by a trained WP technician to ensure peace of mind with your investment.

Bilstein shock absorbers feature:

• Front:
• Mono tube inverted technology.
• 40mm outer tube.
• 36mm diameter digressive rate piston.
• Unique valve code.
• 10 independent deflection discs for bump and rebound.
• Separate bleed shims, check valves and support shims.
• Floating dividing piston providing physical separation between gas and oil.
• Damping forces generated within 1mm of deflection.
• Fully serviceable.
• Rear:
• Mono tube technology.
• 50mm outer tube.
• 46mm diameter digressive rate piston.
• Unique valve code.
• 11 independent deflection discs for bump and rebound.
• Separate bleed shims, check valves and support shims.
• Floating dividing piston providing physical separation between gas and oil.
• Damping forces generated within 1mm of deflection.
• Fully serviceable.

Upgrade notes: If fitting this upgrade to a HSV with MRC you will loose the MRC function. An option for lowering of vehicles fitting with MRC is available, please contact us.
