2014 Q5 tdi v6 – can this be tuned and have egr mapped out
    Power gains & cost ??

Any exhaust packs / bundle packs ?

    • avatar

Hi Bob, yes we can custom tune it but we don’t offer any sort of Exhaust upgrade packages. After custom tuning it Power and torque would increase by 35Kw and 70Nm of torque. Cost would be $1,195 Inc GST.

  2. avatar

Just wondering if you have tuned any SQ5s, and if so what sort of results you saw?

  3. avatar

    Can u tune my 04 a4 1.8t b6.. fwd cvt?

  4. avatar

    Hi Guys,

Do you guys work on gen 1 A3s? I have a 2000 1.8T I’d like some remapping done on.

  5. avatar

    Hey guys,

i have a 2008 Audi A4 TDI 2.0 and am considering tuning it at a stage 1, but don’t really know what that entails and what kind of cost this would be as well.

can you please give me some kind of insight, cheers guys!!

  6. avatar

I am after a stage 1 Dsg tune as the car feels confused. I have a stage 2 ecu tune. Can it be done remotely?

  7. avatar

Hi i have a 2010 audi a5 3.0tdi, planning to install a all new exhaust system all together. Just wondering roughly how much power increase i will get with a tune too

    Hi,

I have a 2002 Audi a6 Quattro 2.5L V6 Turbo, can you guys do anything to give it a bit more power?

    Thanks! 🙂

  9. avatar

I have Audi TT 3.2 V6 2007 (184kw), just wondering if your ECU tune will increase the launch control rpm (currently 3000rpm) & how much faster will it be from 0-100km? Cheers

    • avatar

Hi Johno, Not much of a gain in this model being a Naturally aspirated V6 around 15kw & 20Nm. Is yours a Manual or DSG?

      • avatar

It’s a DSG 6 Speed. I also just found out to increase launch control rpm, you need to re-program the DSG mechatronic (not ECU) – Is this something you guys can do or know anybody who can?

        • avatar

Hi Johno, Yes we can tune the DSG and alter your launch control RPM as well as sharpen up the shifts, cost would be $795 Inc GST to do just the DSG or $1195 to do engine and DSG.

  10. avatar

Hi, I’ve just bought a 2004 Audi A6 Quattro 4.2. What kind of gains should you expect after a tune? Thanks, James.

  11. avatar

Hi I’ve just bought a 2013 Q7 4.2 twin turbo diesel @ 250kW is 300kW achievable with a ecu tune and exhaust and if so what cost am I looking at?

  12. avatar

    Hey guys.

I recently picked up a 2004 model a4 b6 1.8t fwd s line version. From my understanding the engine in it is the bfb one. What can you do to get some bit of hp outter this engine and what am i looking at budget wise and how long would u need the car.. would be nice if your located in dandenong somewhere

  13. avatar

Hi, I have an Audi a4 2009 1.8tfsi. Just wondering what type of gain I can expect after the tuning, and will the gains be noticeably different whilst driving or minor?

    Thank you

  14. avatar

    Hi Guys,

I’ve got an A4 TFSI manual 2010, just wanted to confirm:

    – What the kW change would be? Its 155kW standard for Oz from memory.
    – What would need to change to the front brakes? I’m thinking there will be a lot more force if the nM goes up?
    – Do the mods need to be reported to insurance/impact to policy to ensure I’m still covered

    thanks
    Justin

    • avatar

Hi Justin, Power and torque incresae by 38Kw and around 50Nm of torque. It is not necessary to upgrade the front brakes unless you are going around a racetrack…You would need to speak with you Insurance company about if it will effect your cover…

  15. Hi I have a Audi A4 b8 2.7 and I’m wanting to upgrade the exhaust can you help me out

  16. avatar

    Hi There, I have a 07 audi a4 b7 1.8t , what sort of gain am i looking at ? thanks Troy

  20. avatar

Hi, I have a 2002 A4 B6 1.8T qUATTRO is it able to be upgraded and do you do turbo back exhaust systems?

    Thanks

  21. avatar

    Hi Matt,

I have a 1999 Audi S8 4.2 D2. What can you do for me please and what other upgrades would you suggest I go for?

  22. avatar

    Hi There

I have purchase 2015 A3 1,4 few months ago. Can I get a bit better performance by tune it at your place and what that does to new car warranty?

    Thanks…Ned

    • avatar

Hi Ned, Yes we can tune it but would need to confirm some more specific information about the vehicle to confirm actual gains. Cost would be $1195 Inc GST. Yes remapping your ECU may impact on your vehicle manufacturer warranty as well as the fuel efficiency and emissions of your vehicle.

  23. avatar

Hi i have an Audi A4 2013 2.0 tfsi. When you say ecu tune, what do you mean exactly?
    Cheers

    • avatar

Hi Simon, We use aftermarket software to access the ECU in your car and its file that controls things like fuel, spark, boost, torque management etc, which we modify the parameters in to improve the engine’s performance.

  24. avatar

Hi, I have an Audi A5 2.0TFSI (155kw) manual. Under A5 you only have the TDI cars listed. Can you tune my car and if so what are the expected results?
    Regards,
    Bohun

  25. avatar

I have an Audi Q7 2012 3.0TDI S Line. Would like ECU tune + air intake and exhaust (or half exhaust) assuming those make a difference?

Would prefer custom tune to make the most of the hardware mods + tune gearbox shifting to make better use of additional power + smoother. Do you offer that on your Dyno with your ECU tuning ? Or only plug and play flashes.

    • avatar

Hi Aaron, We would recommend just custom tuning your Audi, there is no real gain in fitting Exhaust or intakes. We don’t offer gearbox remapping but a by-product of remapping the engine and developing more torque is that it improves the gearboxes shift quality. Cost is $1195 and we would just need the car for the day and power increases to 220kw and 600nm of torque.

  26. I have an audi 2008 a4 b8 1.8ltr turbo

    Just wanderin
g how much added kws i would get after a ecu tune thanks:)

  27. avatar

    Hi.

    I have just purchased a 2004 Audi A4 B6 with 6 speed manual and a 120kw 1.8 ltr turbo engine.

Are you able to tune this? I couldn’t see it in the list. Would the tune effect fuel economy on the freeway at cruising speed in top gear?

The car is completely stock. If I was to ad a high flow cat and a k&n filter later on after being tuned, would I need it retuned with the cat or should I do it all at once?

    Thanks

    • avatar

Hi Shane, Yes we can tune it cost is $1195 inc GST it will have no impact on economy while cruising and I would recommend doing all your upgrades prior to custom tuning.

  28. Hi, ive got a 2011 Audi Q5 3.0 tdi and am looking for a chip tune and to map out the EGR valve. Are you guys able to do this? If so, how much would it be?

    Thanks,
    Shane

    • avatar

Hi Shane, Yes we can custom tune your Audi and switch off the EGR. Cost to do this is $1195 and we would need the car for the day. Power increase is 40Kw an 80nm of torque.

  29. avatar

    Hi,

    I have a 2008 Audi Q7 3.0 TDI.

On your list of performance outcomes from your tune it says the power output goes from 177kw to 301kw, is that correct???

Also can I expect any economy gains or does it use more diesel?

    Thanks

  30. avatar

Hey i have a 2010 audi a4 b8 1.8t fwd cvt… ive been craving more power as soon as i got it. Most places such as APR arent able to flash the CVT models, please tell me you guys can tune it? No one seems to have some solid info to why they cant do it.. if you guys can, ill put a deposit and book a time!..

Please get back to me with some good news. Cheees!

    • avatar

      Hi Matt,

Sorry we don’t offer tuning on the the A4 with the CVT transmission mainly because all our cars are custom tuned on the dyno and the CVT transmission is not compatible with that procedure.

  31. avatar

    I have a 2015 SQ5 My16
    Standard output is 230kw/600nm

What output can I expect with an ECU upgrade? Does this work effect my Audi warranty?
    Cheers
    Jon

    • avatar

HI Jon, Power increase would be 27kw, torque increase would be around 70nm. Yes this upgrade could affect your warranty if the warrantable failure was contributed to the power increase.

  32. avatar

    Hi guys,
I have a 2010 S5 4.2 V8 with an x-pipe in place of the central muffler. Will this have much of an impact on the potential increase in power and torque from your ECU tune?
    Thanks,
    Marcus

    • avatar

      Hi Marcus,

      Sorry for the delayed response.

Power increase is a modest 21hp and 25nm and I don’t believe the xpipe will have much of an impact on the figures.

  33. avatar

I have an Audi A6 3.0 TDI and am looking at an ECU Tune. From what it says its stock 165kw and the tune can make it 200kw.

What else can be done to help increase it a little more but not rise putting the engine at a higher rise of wearing out faster etc?

Do you guys look at making the turbo run at a higher psi etc?

    • avatar

      Hi Travis,

The ECU flash tune will take the power from 165kw to around 205kw and the torque goes from 450nm to around 540nm. You could add an exhaust to this but we do not have a source for a system sorry.

I’m looking for a fully ajustable ecu for my audi a4 b7 2.0 fsi and i’m wondering if that the kind of computer that i need to tune it on a dyno and how much hp should i expect fro it with a gt28rs?

    • avatar

We can fully tune your Audi’s factory ECU, this will enable us to get the most from your new turbocharger. I’m not sure on the outright figure, it depends heavily on other upgrades.

  35. avatar

I have a 2008 audi s5 4.2 litre V8 manual which is stock… What gains are expected from this tune?
And is the gains in the low to mid range or only top end?

  36. Hey there I’m buying a 2001 Audi A3 S3 Quattro quattro it’s got an mild exhaust and a pod filter, I’m wanting to get a ecu tune or remap whatever is done? What gains would I be looking at in kw please? And where to take it too??

    • avatar

      Hi Christian,

The 2001 S3 will pick up around 30kw and 110nm! We are in Dandenong Victoria.

      • avatar

Are you guys using the Viezu tune to do this? Interested in it but their website doesn’t seem to work…

        • avatar

          Hi Ian,

No mate we do not use Viezu, as far as I know Viezu is no longer in Australia. For most car’s we buy base files from a couple of carefully selected suppliers then each car is custom tuned here on our dyno in a process that can take 5-6 hours, some files are written here from scratch, this takes significantly longer…

  37. avatar

Hi, I have a 12/99 mk4 Golf gti with the 1.8 turbo, I’m looking at getting a retune done, are you able to do this and can you do it via the OBD port or does the ecu need to be removed from the car? I’ve seen later model mk4 upgraded through the OBD but I’ve been told because mine is an AGU engine code that the ecu requires a new chip, and what is the cost involved, I’m looking to get around 148kw from the tune

    • avatar

      Hi Jason,

We can get the Mk4 GTi to around 145kw and 310nm of torque. I’m fairly confident we can tune the AGU via obd. The cost is $990 and we would need the car for just the day.

  38. avatar

hey team, are these figures @flywheel or @wheels, and what kind of power gains on a Audi A3 1.8T TFSI at the wheels before and after.

    Thank you.
    Matt

    • avatar

Hi, the figures stated are @ the Flywheel. We can increase the flywheel power from 118kw to around 156kw, that would be approx 88kw upto 116kw at the wheels. The flywheel torque would go from 250nm to 310nm.

  39. avatar

I have a Q7 4.2 FSi 257kw factory what can be done to improve it?

  40. avatar

    i have a 1.4 TFSI sportback 2012 can get it upgraded , i was told no ?

  41. avatar

Hi guys, I have just purchased an 09 Q5, 125kw 2 litre TDI diesel , it is in good condition and runs very well, though is slow off the mark and runs out of breath somewhat. There is a noticeable turbolag.
I am hoping that a performance chip with some remapping etc can release the power of my Q5. Any help appreciated. Cheers
    Geoff

    • avatar

      Hi Geoff,

Thank you for your message. We can indeed retune the Q5’s ECU and can increase the power from 125kw to around 155kw and torque from 350nm to around 420nm. We would need the car for just the day and the cost is $1195.00.
