The G4S330 upgrade starts with our trained technician fitting an over the radiator cold air intake with a re-usable air filter and a full exhaust system, including 4 into 1 extractors and new dual 3” exhaust system all to increase the engines breathing capabilities and to give it that nice “V8” sound we all love. After all the new performance components are fitted we custom tune your vehicle’s ECU on the dyno utilizing the latest tuning software to maximize power, torque and fuel efficiency.

We complete the upgrade process by testing your vehicle on the road to make final adjustments, optimizing your vehicles performance and driveability. This is all completed in a day and at the end of this upgrade you will be provided with a dyno graph detailing the power & torque increase of your vehicle.

Additional Notes

  • We recommend all vehicles coming to HPF for tuning run 98 Octane fuel. Please contact us if you have a need to use different fuel.
  • Power figures listed are estimated kilowatts at the flywheel based on results typically obtained by HPF on HPF’s dynos. Typically these are based of a manual vehicle with standard driveline and standard wheels and tyres. Actual power can vary based on each specific vehicle.
  • Modifications such as this package require the vehicle to be in excellent mechanical order.
  • We advise against increasing the power output substantially on high kilometer engines, if your engine has in excessive of 150,000kms please contact us to discuss options.
  • Whilst every attempt is made to ensure prices listed online are correct, they are subject to change at any time.
  • Additional parts may be required in some cases depending on the condition of the vehicle. Cost of these parts and additional labor required may incur additional cost.

    Hi guy’s was just enquiring on getting more power. I don’t want to spend a fortune but still want to get over the 300-310kw mark. I have a vy series 2 Maloo R8 with 160xxxkms on it. What would you guys recommend and what prices would I be looking at. Thanks

      Hi Chris, to get 300-310rwkw you would have to do a full exhaust, OTR and head and cam package depending on if it is Auto or manual you may need to do a Hi stall converter. Cost would be around $9500 plus stall converter if required ($1795 Inc GST) if your existing is ok then price would be around $6900 Inc GST plus converter.

    I need a exhaust system installed as old one is weathered lol. From front to back.

      Price to supply & fit full exhaust for your VY Ute including 4 into 1 headers, hi-flow cats and dual 3″ Catback exhaust(Mild Steel pipe Stainless steel Muffler)) including touching up the tune to suit the new exhaust would be $2,990 Including GST

    Hi guys.
    I have a WK statesman that need waking up.
    I have (not yet fitted) a Duspeed OTR, Xforce 4-1 headers, twin 2.5″ 100 cell cats and a twin 2.5″ redback exhaust (not ideal but I got it all off a mate).
    Was wondering what you would charge for just the mafless tune? What you think (power wise) I could expect?

    I have a 05 VZ Monaro its done about 112000km I just want a bit more power and a nice sound.is the exhaust system and extractors difilippo.

    I currently have a vz ss thunder ute and already have di filippo headers and an OTR that I have purchased, I am looking to get them fitted,I also would be wanting to purchase di filippo cats, a full 3 inch stainless steel exhaust and have my car tuned by your shop. Can you give me a rough estimate on how much would I be looking at to do this?

      Hi Dean,

      Sorry for the delayed response.

      You would be looking at around $3900 to supply the 3″ S/S Cat back including 3″ cats and fit your supplied headers and OTR.

    Are these extractors difilippo and are they ceramic coated? Are they much different then Pacemaker extractors as far as sound and performance?

      Hi Nick,

      We use Difillipo for our headers, they are a 4-1 design and will make more mid/top end power than a Tri-y. Ceramic coating is an option.

    Hi I have a vy 03 5.7 235000km could air intake, extractors,and I like to put a cam in it and a Q shift but with that many km is it with doing it? Or if you can pl halp me with what to do or where to start or if you have any pakeges thank you.

      Hi Karlo,

      Its a few km’s but these cars are generally still pretty reliable even at that many kms. A cam package starts from $3000 but you may want to allow upto $4000 depending on what we find and what camshaft suits your requirements.

    I’ve got a VT SS Series II 6 speed and looking at getting OTRCAI, Pacemaker 4 into 1 and Twin 3″….Also was wondering about a Cam coz looking at getting Minimum 300+ RWKW (with out changing heads if poss)…..Car has 210,000 km’s on clock and has never been thrashed ( I bought it off one owner older female driver with low km’s)!! I want a kwik ride not for burnout’s…

    Can you pls help ??!

      Hi Kym,

      You would struggle to get 300rwkw with cam alone, you would need to look at a head and cam package to get near that figure. With that many km’s I would also be looking at doing a lifter upgrade.

  13. HI Rob, Need some help/advice. I wouldn’t mind a G4S-330 Power Package but I was thinking it might to loud. Legal wise. Can you place a 2 1/2 inch exhaust after the cats to make it abit quieter or even a 2 3/4 inch exhaust after the cats. It’s just I don’t want to attract to much unwanted attention if you know what I mean. Also will it hamper performance if we placed a smaller diameter exhaust after the catalytic convertor??

      Hi Brett,

      We use the difilippo system with this package they are good and don’t drone they are borderline for DBA level. Placing 2 /12 after the cats is not something I would recommend and would have little effect on the noise level.

    G’day I’m just after a bit of information regarding this kit. CAPA has a $5000 kit which includes all items above minus cats but they offer a cam with the package. I just wanted to know where the differences are. If you could please explain it a little bit it would be very appreciated as I’m planning on purchasing one of the two kits. Thanks in advance.

      Hi Nick,

      The two packages are like comparing apples and oranges…

      The main difference is our package includes fitting and a custom dyno tune.

      Our package also has a quality Over the radiator intake where as the kit you mention has a side mount…
